Your Wedding Service

The wedding services that I provide have three separate and important parts.  These are at least three times that I will meet with you, including your wedding ceremony.

  • the Planning Session:

     My approach to the Wedding ceremony begins with the Planning Session.  This is the time when we will get to know one another and when I will learn the unique character of your relationship.

      Together we will craft your wedding ceremony.  With my experience of wedding services and your creativity we will prepare a ceremony that expresses both your love of one another and also your dreams for your life together.

    In preparation for this session you will receive material to help you make decisions about the words that will express your feelings and your commitments. Or, I can guide you as you write your own vows.

    The length for the session varies according the amount of time that we need to spend to get the words right – that’s okay, I am there for you.

  • The Rehearsal

    In my experience this is a critical part of preparing your wedding experience.  There are several potential problems, which a good rehearsal can easily overcome.

    First it is important that it is YOUR ceremony that is presented (not what someone else thinks is a good idea).  That is why I conduct the rehearsal.  I want to follow what you have already decided that you want.

    Second, a carefully planned rehearsal can give all of the participants a sense of confidence about their role in the ceremony.  I strive to make everyone, from the 5-year old flower girl to the grandmother of the groom feel comfortable with his or her part in your wedding.

    However, a good rehearsal does not need to be a lengthy affair.  Usually my rehearsal lasts for less than 45 minutes.  And yet I am committed to give whatever it takes for you to feel confident that your ceremony will be what you desire.

  • The Wedding Ceremony

    Your wedding day will be the culmination of your plans and dreams. I will be there to help make those dreams a reality.  On the wedding day I will meet with both the Bride and the Groom (usually separately).  I will assist with any last minute issues and strive to make this the ceremony you dreamed of.

    Then we have the ceremony.  I want this to be a time for your guests to feel included in the celebration of your love for each other.

My fee for these services, which includes attendance at the Reherarsal dinner and Reception (if you so desire) is: $450
